Driver: Responsible for the various duties pertaining to safe delivery of meals from the loading dock to the customer site (school). As a driver you will be required to have a valid drivers license, experience driving a cube truck (regular drivers license is great – CDL not necessary), the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and be a dependable early riser. The shift is from 5AM-11AM Monday-Friday.
Server: Responsible for serving meals at school sites. These meals include breakfast and lunch. The server is also responsible for the safe prep and storage of all food items. The server is responsible for their own transportation to and from the school site to which they are assigned. The school sites are in the Milwaukee area. Must be dependable and an early riser. Shifts are from 7AM-1PM Monday-Friday.
Kitchen Utility Worker: Responsible for various kitchen cleaning and storage activities including, but not limited to such tasks as washing pots and dishes, general cleaning duties, and storing food and non-food supplies. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: … Set-up, breakdown and maintain the dish room and pot washing area.
Cooks: A cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff, and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
Food Prep Worker: Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware. 2) Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage. 3) Prepare a variety of foods according to customers’ orders or supervisors’ instructions, following approved procedures
