Our drivers are responsible for safely delivering meals from the loading dock to the customer site (primarily schools). As a driver, you will be required to have a valid driver’s license, experience driving a cube truck (CDL is welcomed), and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. This position requires a dependable early riser.
Our servers are responsible for serving on-site meal programs from satellite kitchens in the Milwaukee area. Servers are responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation practices, safeguarding all food items for food safety and quality, and efficiently serving meals. They must have savvy customer service skills that create an enjoyable meal experience. This position requires a dependable early riser.
Kitchen utility workers are responsible for following all City of Milwaukee Health Department Food Safety and Kitchen Sanitation regulations to ensure workstations, storage areas, various sized dishes, and kitchen equipment are safe for usage. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment is essential for this role.
Cooks are responsibility for preparing healthy and nutritious meals from standardized recipes involving scratch cooking. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the specified menu, and following all City of Milwaukee Health Department kitchen and sanitation regulations. In this role, the cook is expected to clean and sanitize workstations, assist other cooks and food service aides, and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
Food Service Aides help maintain daily operations with a kitchen readiness attitude. They must demonstrate smooth workflow procedures while prepping food items in our central kitchen. They must maintain a clean work environment and be familiar with food handling procedures to ensure food safety and quality. This role requires an action-oriented individual who is skilled in planning, has good time management, and is able to attend a broad range of activities in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
